Curry Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce

This Curry Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce is from a famous Steak House where they use it as a dipping sauce -but you don’t have to stop at steak!

We could not get enough of this on our BBQ’d burgers, sandwiches, ham and pork tenderloin. I used it in deviled eggs too and it was delicious!

It isn’t hot but just has a lot of umami going on. No one flavour is overpowering.. it just makes everything taste a bit more interesting.

It makes about a cup and a half. It will keep for a week in the fridge sealed airtight in a clean jar as well.

So simple to make with 5 ingredients already in your pantry!

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsps yellow mustard
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 2 tsp curry powder


  • Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce for steak, burgers, pork tenderloin or use in place of mayonnaise.
  • Store in the fridge 1 week in an airtight container.
