    Legendary BBQ Dry Rub

This BBQ Dry Rub is inspired by BBQ pitmaster Mike Mill's top-secret 'Magic Dust'. It will change your BBQ season... just sayin'...

Jar of mix of spices used as dry rub for steak, ribs etc.

Mike Mills owned several Barbeque and Grill restaurants acros the USA. But he is perhaps best known for his award winning run as four-time World Champion and three-time Grand World Champion at the 'Super Bowl of Swine' in Memphis. His Magic Dust is a secret but this tries to approximate it.

Mix up a batch of this and take your BBQ ribs or burgers up a notch. We rubbed it on ribs before cooking and saucing, we mixed it in to our hamburger mixture, sprinkled it on pork chops. It goes with pretty much anything.

You won't be able to put your finger on any one flavour but it will add a depth of flavour to anything you use it on.

It can be your secret weapon this summer!

Mix it up and keep it in an airtight jar til it's gone!

For other sauces that will change your Summer BBQ season check out General Tso glaze, Curry Mustard Mayonnaise and 'Magic' Dry Rub .

Trio of sauces including General Tso, Curry Mustard Mayonnaise and Champagne Aioli in small dishes.

    Legendary BBQ Dry Rub

This Dry Rub is named for Mike Mills, the world champion BBQ pitmaster who was widely known as 'The Legend'. Now you can grill like a pro too! You probably have the ingredients in your pantry but it's the ratios that count.
