- 1 Tbsps yellow mustard
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Serve as a dipping sauce for steak, burgers, pork tenderloin or use in place of mayonnaise.
Store in the fridge 1 week in an airtight container.
