A tangy sauce that will spice up a burger, corn ribs or crudités.
Three ingredients and a couple of minutes can really change the trajectory of your meal!
This creamy, tangy sauce is not spicy hot (although you could up the sriracha if you want). It is not the star of the dish but will play a very strong supporting role!
I used it as a dipping sauce for Corn Ribs and it was delicious! It would be great on these Stuffed Burgers too. A dipping sauce for grilled chicken, shrimp or pork tenderloin, which can end up on the dry side, would be welcome too!
Or add some easy interest to a raw veggie platter. Summer entertaining could get any easier or healthier than that!
