This Lemon Pepper Salad Dressing saved me from salad dressing fatigue. It is a refreshing change from other creamy dressings.
I was making a Lined Chef's Salad and I wanted something a bit zingy for my dressing. This turned out to be just the ticket. Check here for a whole lot of Lined Salad ideas.
Use fresh lemon juice if possible (try to make it possible!). The creaminess of the mayo and sour cream are nicely cut with the zing of fresh lemon.
It is surprisingly refreshing and with such easy ingredients! I can see this becoming one of the staples in my dressing rotation!

- 2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
