It is hard to find the words to describe how tasty this simple Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread is.
The ingredients here are so simple chances are you have everything you need on hand already.
If it is Fall you probably have apples on hand. Having said that apples are available all year long so - easy, peasy!
This makes a great coffee cake, snack and full disclosure- it served as my breakfast once...okay... maybe twice!
It does store well in a sealed container at room temperature. The apples keep it moist. Having said that.... you may not have to worry about storing it 'cuz... it goes fast!
My husband couldn't get enough of it! I hope you enjoy it as much as we/he did!

This loaf was very good! The flavours were fantastic with a good balance of apple and cinnamon. I would not hesitate to serve this for a family brunch, a formal coffee/tea, or a late night snack. I am saving this recipe for more occasions. Everyone loved it.
