Ingredients
Peach Base

fresh peaches

cup
sugar
¼
cup
amaretto liqueur

teaspoon
lemon juice
Topping

cup
1 cup toffee bits such as Skor
or 1 cup caramel sauce but it won't be as crunchy

almonds
rough chopped

flour
substitute gluten free flour or 3 Tbsps corn starch if desired

unsalted butter
cut in ½" cubes

rolled oats
(not instant)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an oven proof pie plate.
Peal and slice peaches. Toss peaches in a bowl with the sugar, amaretto and lemon juice.
Mix all the topping ingredients together.
Pour peaches into the pie plate. Cover evenly with the topping.
Bake approximately 60 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
