Ginger Soy Salmon

Let the salmon marinate 20-60 minutes in this classic sweet, soy, lime sauce. It can bake 20 minutes while you prepare the rest of dinner.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz salmon flllets

Marinade

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsps lime juice
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  • Pour over salmon and marinate 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (or BBQ)
  • Cook Salmon for 20-30 minutes. If there is any marinade left in the dish just pour it over the salmon when you start to cook it. Cook time will vary with the thickness of you fillets so test them for doneness after 20 minutes. When salmon is opaque in the middle and flakes apart it is done.
