White Wine Sangria

This is a tangy, fruity, refreshing drink perfect for summer! It is versatile too since you can switch up the fruit for whatever you have on hand or appeals to you.

Ingredients

  • 1 750 ml white wine (27 oz) chilled
  • ¼ cup amaretto liqueur
  • 2 cups sparkling water I used Perrier Grapefruit flavour, chilled
  • 1 each peach & nectarine
  • 3 lychees
  • 3 apricots

Instructions

  • Pit and peel fruit. Mix all ingredients in a jug adding the sparkling water last just before serving. Add ice and serve.
