Remove from air fryer and transfer to a platter to serve.
- You can add ½ teaspoon cumin to the spice mix if you like.
Wine Pairing
Air Fryer Trout is rather versatile because the Southwestern Spices have quite a bit of omph! A rich, full bodied white like Chenin Blanc, a Touraine Sauvignon Blanc or a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine would all be good.
A fruity, spicy red like a GSM, Beaujolais or Pinot Noir would also work.
