Ingredients

prickly pear syrup

tablespoon
Champagne vinegar

teaspoon
fine sea salt

black pepper

grapeseed oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except grapeseed oil and whisk to combine. Whisk grapeseed oil in gradually till well mixed. Pour over greens and serve.
Dressing will keep up to 1 week in the fridge.
