Ingredients

medium
russet potatoes
preferred but you can use any type

teaspoon
vegetable oil
ground sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°
Scrub the potatoes well. Prick each potato several times. Brush oil all over potato skins.
Sprinkle coarse salt lightly over potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes. Turn potatoes over at mid point. Switch trays if you are using multiple trays.
Test for doneness and add a few more minutes if necessary till potatoes are tender all the way through.
Serve with your choice of toppings - butter, sour cream, green onions etc.
