Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes preferred but you can use any type
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ground sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°
  • Scrub the potatoes well. Prick each potato several times. Brush oil all over potato skins.
  • Sprinkle coarse salt lightly over potatoes.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Turn potatoes over at mid point. Switch trays if you are using multiple trays.
  • Test for doneness and add a few more minutes if necessary till potatoes are tender all the way through.
  • Serve with your choice of toppings - butter, sour cream, green onions etc.
