Creamy Cole Slaw
Servings: 7 cups of Cole Slaw
Ingredients
Cabbage base
- ⅓ head medium size cabbage medium grate for cole slaw (about 5 cups)
- 2" wedge red cabbage optional (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium carrots grated
Creamy Cole Slaw additions
- 5 green onions sliced in ¼ " rounds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 6 Tbsps mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine green, red cabbage and carrots for Cabbage base.
- Combine the cabbage base and the remaining Creamy Cole Slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
