- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- fresh lemon juice optional
- coarse sea salt for garnish optional
Rinse broccoli well. Trim head into small even florets. If using the stem, peel the tough outer stalk off and slice into thin rounds.
Toss broccoli in oil. Sprinkle with sea salt if using.
Cook about 8 minutes on Air Fry setting (375°), stirring at midpoint.
Check for doneness and add time if necessary.
Serve with fresh lemon juice.
