Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken With Parmesan

- 1 3-4 lb chicken
- 3 tablespoon ground parmesan
- 3 Tbsps mayonnaise
Rinse chicken and remove giblets if any. Tie the legs with kitchen twine. Insert the rotisserie skewer through the body of the chicken and secure the blades to keep chicken in place.
Combine parmesan and mayonnaise and set aside.
Air fry on rotisserie setting (400°) for 22 minutes.
Carefully pull the rotisserie out and set chicken on a platter.
Rub parmesan/mayo mixture over the chicken, particularly on the breast and leg areas.
Return rotisserie to the fryer and cook another 23 minutes. Internal temperature of chicken should be at 165°.
Allow chicken to sit 5 minutes before removing rotisserie and carving. Note that some of the parmesan/mayonnaise mixture may have slid off the chicken onto the drip tray. If so scoop out the crisped blobs and add to the serving platter of sliced chicken.
