Apple Quick Bread
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cups apples peeled and chopped
Topping
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Quick Bread
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 10 X 5" loaf pan.
Mix dry quick bread ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together and whisk to mix well.
Peel, core and dice the apples.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to evenly mix.
Add the diced apple. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
