Garlic Steamed Broccoli

- 1 head broccoli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon pure sesame oil
Trim bottom of broccoli stalks. Peel the tough skin off the main stalk, Rinse broccoli well and cut stalks into spears about 3" long.
Bring water in a steamer to boil with the clove of garlic. Add broccoli to steamer and steam about 7 minutes.
While broccoli is steaming, toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium high heat. (about 7 minutes but watch carefully).
Transfer broccoli spears to a serving plate and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
