Ingredients

shredded green cabbage
(about half a small, dense cabbage

teaspoon
salt

apple cider vinegar

tablespoon
sugar

mayonnaise

tablespoon
whipping cream

clove
garlic
finely minced

green onions
sliced finely
½
cup
dried cranberries
optional or substitute other traditional additions
Instructions
Shred cabbage with a mandolin or food processor.
Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Whisk until it is smooth.
Mix cabbage and dressing. You can serve immediately but letting it rest 30 minutes will allow flavours to meld.
