Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs peeled and mashed
  • 2 Tbsps sweet onion minced
  • 2 Tbsps sweet, green relish
  • 2 Tbsps mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon celery minced (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well until evenly mixed. Allow to rest in the fridge 30 minutes. Can be made a day ahead.
