Vegan Celery Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely diced celery (about 7 stalks, trimmed)
  • 2 Granny Smith apples diced
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries optional
  • ½ cup Vegan Almond dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Clean, trim and chop celery into a fine dice.
  • Peel, core and dice apples into a dice similar size of the celery.
  • Mix in a bowl with Almond Dressing and/or Mayonnaise. Mix in dried cranberries.
  • Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to meld.
