Vegan Celery Apple Salad

Ingredients

cups
finely diced celery
(about 7 stalks, trimmed)
2
Granny Smith apples
diced
¼
cup
dried cranberries
optional
½
cup
Vegan Almond dressing
or mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
mayonnaise
optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean, trim and chop celery into a fine dice.
Peel, core and dice apples into a dice similar size of the celery.
Mix in a bowl with Almond Dressing and/or Mayonnaise. Mix in dried cranberries.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to meld.
