Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 lobster carcass(es)cleaned of tail and claw meat and innards (you can add shrimp shells too if you like)
  • 1cup white wineor replace with more water
  • 4cups water
  • 2tbsp ketchupor tomato paste
Instructions
  1. Add all stock ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer about 20 minutes. Strain out solids and reserve stock.
  2. Use in recipe or freeze for later use.
