Ingredients
  • 6hardboiled eggspeeled and mashed
  • 2Tbsps sweet onionminced
  • 2Tbsps sweet, green relish
  • 2 Tbsps mayonnaise
  • 2Tbsp celeryminced (optional)
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1/2tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well until evenly mixed. Allow to rest in the fridge 30 minutes. Can be made a day ahead.
