Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta shells or roundsabout 4 cups cooked
  • 1cup raisins
  • 4Tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1Tbsp creamor sour cream
  • 1/2tsp curry powder
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • optional garnishes-red pepper, celery, carrotfinely diced or julienned
Instructions
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, curry and salt. Add the raisins to the dressing and allow them to soften while pasta cooks.
  2. Cook pasta according to manufacturer instructions. Drain and rinse when done.
  3. Mix pasta and dressing together and allow flavours to meld for about 1/2 hour.
  4. Add garnishes if using and serve.
