Flank steak is one of the easiest steaks to prepare and it is so versatile. It benefits from a marinade to help tenderize the meat so you can get really creative with the marinade flavours to change it up a bit. This recipe is so simple and tastes so good. This marinade is very versatile. It is also excellent for chicken and pork tenderloin. I haven’t tried it on shrimp but I think it would be good on other seafood too. Just don’t over marinate because the lime juice will have a chemical reaction with the meat and fish that actually cooks it.
